Returns
All sales are final, as Castile soap is a personal item. However, we will review any return requests based on its own merits. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased within the last 30 days as of the date of your request. Please email us at greatlakescastileco@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving a shipping notice email, and we will issue you a full refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
